Board service offers a high impact way for our PIMCO colleagues to dedicate their time and expertise to shaping the future of nonprofits. Through our Board Placement Program, we recruit, inform and train PIMCO professionals, and then place them on a nonprofit board of directors.

Participants in our Board Placement Program benefit from exposure to different challenges and social issues, gain valuable skills and knowledge, and are empowered to pursue their passion. Nonprofits benefit, too, from harnessing the talent, energy and expertise of their board members. With this program, we want to deepen our community impact and provide leadership development opportunities for our people.
